OVERVIEW

REV UP REWARDS IS AN INCENTIVE PROGRAM TO REWARD AND RECOGNIZE CUMMINS SALES TEAM MEMBERS FOR SELLING ELIGIBLE VALVOLINE PRODUCTS. POINTS EARNED CAN BE REDEEMED FOR BRAND-NAME MERCHANDISE.

PROGRAM PERIOD

The program is designed to continue year after year. Sales Team members with existing points will retain their point balances. If at any time the program is scheduled to end or change, participants will be notified and allowed 60 days to spend any accrued points.

REGISTRATION

New and existing eligible Cummins Sales Team members must register to participate in the program. Returning participants should also re-register to ensure we have your current information. Please complete registration by providing contact information for program communications.

EARNING REV UP REWARDS POINTS

POINT EARNING METRICS 

Sales to new and existing eligible on-book accounts will earn reward points, which can be redeemed in an online rewards shopping experience. 

MAXIMIZE YOUR REWARDS IN ‘25! Cummins AEs can earn up to 2,000 points each calendar year in REV UP Rewards! The earning structure continues to reward sales for both new and loyal on-book, eligible accounts. 

EARNING RATES TENURE OF QUALIFYING ACCOUNT
Earn $0.15 per eligible gallon YEAR 1 sales to new, qualifying on-book accounts
Earn $0.10 per eligible gallon YEAR 2 sales to existing, qualifying on-book accounts
Earn $0.05 per eligible gallon YEAR 3+ sales to existing, qualifying on-book accounts

Merchandise Rewards

Shop the exclusive online catalog offering thousands of brand-name merchandise rewards, exciting travel and experiential rewards, and more. You can even redeem points to give back to charitable organizations. Log into the Rewards Catalog to view your point balance and create your Wish List.

The Fine Print
  • Participants in REV UP Rewards must be residents of the United States of America.  
  • All orders must be entered through DASH to be eligible.  
  • A new account is defined in the Program Rules and subject to change. 
  • Gallons sold is defined as total gallons in volume sold either through bulk deliveries or packaged goods. 
  • Counter/branch retail sales not included. In-shop service sales of Valvoline product not included.  
  • Eligible products include Valvoline lubricant, antifreeze, and grease.
  • Participants redeeming $600 or more in REV UP Rewards in a calendar year will be taxed on program earnings. Tax Validation must take place by January 15 to ensure you receive appropriate tax documentation. AEs not in compliance with completing a W9 and successfully being TIN matched by January 15 will be inactivated from the program and forfeit any point balance remaining.
  • If a sales team member is no longer employed by Cummins, they will have 30 days, from the date of termination, to redeem their points balance through purchases. After 30 days, any remaining points will expire, and user login credentials will be inactivated.  
  • Points cannot be transferred from one employee to another under any circumstances.  
  • All information pertaining to the REV UP Rewards incentive program should be treated as company confidential and not shared with outside parties. 
  • Any violations of the rules above or attempts to circumvent the process will automatically disqualify the participant from this and any future incentive programs. 
  • Valvoline and Cummins reserve the right to change or modify program rules, regulations, requirements, or reward options for REV UP Rewards or cancel this program in its entirety at any time, without prior notice. 
  • This program is void where prohibited by law.
