• Participants in REV UP Rewards must be residents of the United States of America.  
• All orders must be entered through DASH to be eligible.  
• A new account is defined in the Program Rules and subject to change. 
• Gallons sold is defined as total gallons in volume sold either through bulk deliveries or packaged goods. 
• Counter/branch retail sales not included. In-shop service sales of Valvoline product not included.  
• Eligible products include Valvoline lubricant, antifreeze, and grease.
• All information pertaining to the REV UP Rewards incentive program should be treated as company confidential and not shared with outside parties. 
• Any violations of the rules above or attempts to circumvent the process will automatically disqualify the participant from this and any future incentive programs. 
• Valvoline and Cummins reserve the right to change or modify program rules, regulations, requirements, or reward options for REV UP Rewards or cancel this program in its entirety at any time, without prior notice. 
• This program is void where prohibited by law.

• Participants redeeming $1999.99 or more in REV UP Rewards in a calendar year will be taxed on program earnings. Tax Validation must take place by January 15, 2027 to ensure you receive appropriate tax documentation. AEs not in compliance with completing a W9 and successfully being TIN matched by January 15, 2027 will be inactivated from the program and forfeit any point balance remaining.
• If a sales team member is no longer employed by Cummins, they will have 30 days, from the date of termination, to redeem their points balance through purchases. After 30 days, any remaining points will expire, and user login credentials will be inactivated.  
• Points cannot be transferred from one employee to another under any circumstances.
