Growth Requirement: Growth of Valvoline lubricant volume will be measured from the qualification period (11.1.2025 – 4.30.2026) compared to the same period prior year (11.1.2024 – 4.30.2025).

• An increase of at least 3,150 gallons, or a minimum of 10% growth, whichever is greater.
